At Beauty & Blossom, we aim to process, ship, and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States.

At this time, we do not guarantee shipping outside the United States unless international shipping options are made available at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, sales, holidays, carrier disruptions, or severe weather, order processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship using USPS and UPS, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We offer the following estimated shipping options within the United States:

Economy Shipping / Free Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, address verification issues, customs processing where applicable, high order volume, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, available methods, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If free shipping is available, it will be displayed at checkout or stated in the applicable promotion.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Beauty & Blossom is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@beautyandblossom.com or (765) 240-5566. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Order Review, Verification, and Fraud Prevention

To help protect our customers, our store, payment systems, and shipping partners, Beauty & Blossom may review orders for fraud risk, payment issues, incorrect information, suspicious activity, or policy abuse.

We reserve the right to verify order information, request additional information, delay shipment, cancel an order, or issue a refund if we believe an order may be fraudulent, unauthorized, unsafe, incomplete, or in violation of our policies.

Carrier Delays

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Beauty & Blossom is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, service interruptions, or events outside our control.

However, if you experience a delivery issue, contact us and we will do our best to help you review the tracking information and determine the next steps.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.

Beauty & Blossom is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your package appears lost in transit or has not updated for an unusual period of time, contact us at support@beautyandblossom.com so we can help review the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beautyandblossom.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfillment Partners

Some products may be stored, packed, shipped, or fulfilled by third-party suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, or fulfillment partners.

By placing an order, you understand that certain customer, order, and shipping information may be shared with these providers as necessary to process, fulfill, and deliver your order.

Returns and Refunds
