At Beauty & Blossom, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Approval and Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
Contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened, used, or unsealed beauty products
- Opened, used, or unsealed skincare, cosmetics, hygiene, or personal care items

- Custom or personalized products
- Special order items

- Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beautyandblossom.com or (765) 240-5566.
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Misuse
Beauty & Blossom reserves the right to refuse, limit, or deny returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations if we suspect fraud, abuse, misuse of our policies, false claims, chargeback abuse, repeated excessive returns, or any activity that violates our store policies.
We may also refuse returns for items that are not in their original condition, are missing parts, show signs of use, or are returned after the allowed return period.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
